Bernard White was brn born in Sri Lanka. He is a graduate of Michigan State University. He has appeared in many current television series, including: 24, "West Wing, The” (1999)and"Alias” (2001), and'Garry Marshall's Raising Helen.
Recent television work includes "JAG” (1985), The Agency,"Practice, The" (1997), The Guardian and C.S.I.: Miami" (2002).
He directed his first film, The Want which he also wrote. In addition he has penned several screenplays, and a multitude of stage plays, many of which were produced in Los Angeles. He also founded 'Plymouth', a flourishing experimental theatre company in Hollywood. He began his career on daytime television with contract roles on General Hospital, Santa Barbara and Cruise of Deception: Days of Our Lives.
