Anthony (a biochemist and clinical psychologist) and Janelle (a
nursing instructor) Kidman. The family moved almost immediately to
Washington, D.C., where Nicole's father pursued his research on
breast cancer, then, three years later, made the pilgrimage to her
parents' native Sydney.
