Norman was born on January 6th, 1969 in Florida. He left home at an early age and traveled around to China, Spain, London and more. He had moved to L.A. and was completely drunk at this party and started to yell across the room at a friend. A lady approached him and asked him if he'd ever considered acting. About a week later, he was cast for a play! Acting was much better than his job back then: working for $7.50 an hour at a place called Dr. Carl's Hog Hospital. He broke through as Jeremy in DelToro's sci-fi thriller Mimic. He then burst onto the screen with a string of diverse roles including: Six Ways to Sunday (1998), Floating (1997) and The Boondock Saints.
