Simon Rex was born July 20, 1974 in San Francisco, California. Although arrested at the age of 17 for potential credit card fraud, he was in fact put on probation and did community service due to no prior problems. He and a friend found a credit card in a lost wallet, and attempted to use the card. They were apprehended immediately upon leaving the store, and no charges were pressed by the store or the owner of the card. Simon Rex also had a brief career in porn before breaking into the mainstream. Simon was an MTV VJ. He is dating his Jack and Jill co-star, Jaime Pressly.
