Kilo's childhood is in the streets of East Los Angeles, cruising in low riders with his father, Manny. Starting off small, Kilo discovers the drug business to be very profitable. With a little help from Sabeva (Jennifer Till), the daughter of a Colombian gangster, he goes from small time dealer to Kingpin running things internationally. Kilo's life comes to a halt when he is turned in by a snitch and lands in prison. In jail he runs his empire and enlists the help of other prisoners. While serving his time he is offered a deal of an early release, if he murders a convicted child killer. Once a free man, a judge and Attorney General become suspicious of his early release and begin to investigate. In a world where a man had everything, he may end up with nothing.
